Lewan was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Lewan's return will be a boost to the Titans' offensive line, which still currently has reserve tackle Kendall Lamm and starting guard Nate Davis on the COVID list. Now heathy, Lewan should return to his starting left tackle role Sunday against the Dolphins.
