Carter (neck) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Colts, Ben Arthur of Fox Sports reports.
Carter was limited at Wednesday's practice session due to his neck injury, and he was unable to practice Thursday. He'll be unavailable for at least one game, but his absence shouldn't significantly impact the Titans' plans on offense.
