Burks (foot/toe) was activated off injured reserve Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Burks missed the minimum four games after suffering a turf toe injury back in Week 4. The rookie receiver had just 16 targets through the first four games of his career, but the Titans' passing offense has struggled mightily in recent weeks and could rely on Burks' big-play capabilities to turn things around.
