Burks (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
With head coach Mike Vrabel confirming earlier Wednesday that Burks was still in the concussion protocol, the rookie wideout's continued absence from practice isn't unexpected. If Burks can get back on the practice field in some capacity Thursday and/or Friday in addition to gaining clearance from an independent neurologist, he'll still have a chance to play Sunday against the Chargers.
