Spears (concussion) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Spears missed the Titans' Week 12 win over the Texans with the concussion. The second-year running back previously missed game action with ankle and hamstring injuries. If Spears gets cleared in time for Sunday's game against the Commanders, he'll offer a change-of-pace option behind starting running back Tony Pollard.
