Spears exited Sunday's game against the Jets with an ankle injury, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Prior to being forced out of the contest, Spears carried six times for 20 yards and caught two of his three targets for 11 yards. In his absence, Julius Chestnut is available to handle snaps behind Tony Pollard.
