Levis (shoulder), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, is expected to be active and serve as the backup to starter Mason Rudolph, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Head coach Brian Callahan had already announced Wednesday that Levis would be removed from the starting role in favor of Rudolph, who has taken all the first-team reps in practice this week. Levis was a full participant Wednesday and Thursday before downgrading to limited activity Friday, but the fact that the Titans didn't elevate Trevor Siemian from the practice squad prior to Saturday's deadline for Week 16 roster moves suggests that Levis' shoulder injury isn't a major concern.
