Lewis was signed to the Dolphins' practice squad Monday, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Lewis was waived with an injury designation in late August, but he appears to have moved past the issue and has rejoined the Dolphins after presumably impressing during his tryout ahead of Week 14. In a corresponding move, Miami released Travis Fulgham from its practice squad.
