Bell (eye) was waived from injured reserve by the Browns on Thursday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Bell suffered an eye injury during the preseason, and he landed on injured reserve with Cleveland on Aug. 31. The defensive lineman will now have the chance to pass a physical and sign elsewhere.
