The Packers cut Fulgham from the practice squad Tuesday.
Fulgham was claimed off waivers by the Packers in mid-August, and he re-signed with the team's practice squad after being waived ahead of the 53-man roster deadline. However, he once again finds himself as a free agent heading into Week 3. The undrafted wideout caught 38 passes for 539 yards and four touchdowns across 13 appearances with the Eagles in 2020, but he's yet to find any NFL success outside of that campaign.
