The Broncos waived Fulgham on Tuesday, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.
Fulgham signed a futures deal with Denver in January after splitting time between three different teams' practice squads last year. The 2019 sixth-round pick appeared in 13 games for the Eagles in 2020, totaling 38 receptions for 539 yards and four touchdowns, but he's yet to find NFL success outside of a lone campaign in Philadelphia.
