The Packers waived Fulgham on Tuesday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Fulgham was claimed off waivers by Green Bay in mid-August, and he logged just one catch for 16 yards during his time with the Packers this preseason. The 2019 sixth-rounder will be forced to seek out other opportunities ahead of the 2022 campaign.
