Taylor signed with the 49ers' practice squad Wednesday.
The wide receiver was waived by the team Tuesday. Taylor competed for a returner role during the preseason, but he suffered an undisclosed injury and may not have made the team anyway. He has not caught 10 balls in a season since 2020.
