Smith reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday.
Smith played 10 offensive snaps versus the Chiefs on Sunday while filling in for Brandon Johnson (hamstring) but wasn't targeted at all. With Johnson now on injured reserve, Smith could be in line to be called up again following Denver's upcoming bye week.
