The Raiders signed Scott to the practice squad Monday.
The Rams waived Scott on Aug. 30. The wide receiver cleared waivers and remained a free agent until Monday. Scott last played in the regular season in 2024, logging one target over 20 offensive snaps across 11 games with the Bears.
