Gillespie (knee) was waived by the Texans with an injury designation Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Gillespie will revert to IR upon clearing waivers. He'll then be forced to miss the 2023 campaign unless he reaches an injury settlement with the team.
