The Broncos will sign Cleveland to their practice squad Tuesday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
Cleveland was waived by the Broncos on Saturday, but after clearing waivers, he'll stick within the organization. The 2020 seventh-round pick has suited up for seven games this season but only saw action in one of them.
