Jones (undisclosed) exited Sunday's game against the Colts, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.
Jones absorbed a big hit in the fourth quarter and clearly was banged up afterward, making his way to the sideline tent to be evaluated. Jordan Mason will man the Vikings backfield for as long as Jones is out of the contest.
