Hall (coach's decision) is inactive for the Vikings' matchup with the Eagles on Thursday Night Football.
Although he's inactive, Hall will serve as Minnesota's emergency third quarterback in Thursday's contest. Unless Kirk Cousins and Nick Mullens are knocked out of the game, Hall will be a healthy scratch.
