The NFL reinstated Hill from the reserve/suspended list Tuesday, Howard Balzer of the Sports Exchange reports.
On the same day in which he was released by Baltimore in March, Hill received a 10-game ban for a violation of the NFL's substance abuse policy. There may have been no coincidence, but the safety is nonetheless able to sign with any organization at the moment. In 50 career games with the Giants and Ravens, Hill has recorded 221 tackles (167 solo), four interceptions (two pick-sixes), three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and one sack.
