Hocker will sign with the Rams on Saturday, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports.
The Rams' regular kicker, Greg Zuerlein, is considered questionable with a groin injury, so the addition of Hocker simply adds insurance in the event Zuerlein is held out. Hocker appeared in six games for the Saints before being waived on Oct. 19. He converted 9-of-13 field goals, including all three of his attempts within 30 yards.
