The Buccaneers waived Annexstad from the active/non-football injury list with a non-football injury designation Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Annexstad signed with the Bucs as an undrafted free agent in May, but he started training camp on the active/NFI list due to an unspecified injury. In his final season at Illinois State, Annexstad completed 69.7 percent of his passes for 2,111 yards, 17 touchdowns and five interceptions across nine regular-season games.
