Malone had originally signed with the Steelers' practice squad Oct. 18 before being cut less than two weeks later. The 26-year-old made his NFL debut in 2017 with the Bengals, and he has spent time with several teams since, but he has not appeared in an NFL game since 2020. He'll now work to find his way onto Pittsburgh's 53-man roster.
