Pierschbacher worked out with the Cardinals on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Pierschbacher was let go by the Lions on Aug. 13 after reaching an injury settlement. Now healthy, he's looking to make a comeback since being drafted by Washington in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Pierschbacher re-signed with the Lions on Wednesday. Pierschbacher appeared in three games for the Lions last season, spending the rest of his time on the team's practice squad. A 2019 fifth-round selection of Washington, Pierschbacher also played in three games for the Eagles in 2020 before landing in Detroit.
