Fulgham signed with Packers' practice squad Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Fulgham was cut from the team's practice squad Tuesday, but with Allen Lazard (ankle), Sammy Watkins (hamstring), Christian Watson (hamstring) and Randall Cobb (illness) all not practicing Thursday, Fulgham will provide insurance if any of them can't play in Week 3 against the Buccaneers.

The Packers cut Fulgham from the practice squad Tuesday. Fulgham was claimed off waivers by the Packers in mid-August, and he re-signed with the team's practice squad after being waived ahead of the 53-man roster deadline. However, he once again finds himself as a free agent heading into Week 3. The undrafted wideout caught 38 passes for 539 yards and four touchdowns across 13 appearances with the Eagles in 2020, but he's yet to find any NFL success outside of that campaign.

The Packers signed Fulgham to the practice squad Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Fulgham joined Green Bay off waivers mid-August, and he showed enough during the preseason to earn another developmental opportunity with the team. The 2019 sixth-round pick faces a chance to establish himself as an emergency reserve option for one of the league's least proven receiver corps.

The Packers waived Fulgham on Tuesday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Fulgham was claimed off waivers by Green Bay in mid-August, and he logged just one catch for 16 yards during his time with the Packers this preseason. The 2019 sixth-rounder will be forced to seek out other opportunities ahead of the 2022 campaign.

The Packers claimed Fulgham off waivers from the Broncos on Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports. Fulgham caught 38 passes for 539 yards and four touchdowns while playing for the Eagles in 2020, but he's yet to find any NFL success since. He joined the Packers briefly ahead of his breakout 2020 campaign, but he ultimately was let go and joined Philadelphia. The Packers' wideout room appears crowded at moment with a trio of veterans solidifying strong roles at the top and a litany of young players vying for secondary roles. However, Aaron Rodgers recently expressed concerns with the younger players not learning from their mistakes, so Fulgham will continue to push them for a roster spot by replacing Malik Taylor (undisclosed), who was waived Wednesday with an undisclosed injury designation.
