Lewis (hip) reverted to the Dolphins' practice squad Tuesday and was subsequently placed on the practice squad injured list, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports. Lewis was a gameday elevation for Monday's win over the Saints and had one reception for seven yards, one kick return for 23 yards and two punt returns for minus-one yard before suffering the injury. The 29-year-old must spend at least three weeks on the practice squad injured list.
