Carter played all 10 of his snaps on special teams in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Bengals. Since returning to the field Week 10 following a three-game absence due to a neck injury, Carter has yet to log a carry or a target on offense. The fullback will continue to have a regular role on special teams but will operate primarily as a blocker on the rare occasions he takes the field with the offense.
