Terrell (reserve-COVID-19), Darqueze Dennard (hamstring), Keanu Neal (hamstring) and Ricardo Allen (elbow) were all inactive for Week 4, and that was before Damontae Kazee suffered a torn Achilles during Monday night's loss to Green Bay.
