Seahawks re-sign DT Jesse Williams, FB Will Tukuafu
The Seattle Seahawks brought back two familiar faces on Wednesday. According to the NFL's transaction wire, the Seahawks re-signed defensive tackle Jesse Williams and fullback Will Tukuafu. Williams was waived in early March but said, via ESPN.com, that he was going to re-sign on a restructured contract. Tukuafu was signed to the Seahawks in 2014 after the 49ers released him. He played in nine games for Seattle.

Seahawks backup receivers get some action Week 14
The Seattle Seahawks backup receivers managed to get some work Week 14 against the Eagles. Jermaine Kearse finished second on the team in receiving, gaining 37 yards on three catches. Paul Richardson had two receptions, picking up 27 yards. Kevin Norwood also had two catches. He finished with 22 yards. Ricardo Lockette hauled in one pass, gaining 19 yards. Tight end Tony Moeaki caught one pass, picking up 15 yards. Fullback Will Tukuafu also had one catch, gaining 4 yards. Luke Willson gained one yard on his only reception. The group will look for more Week 15 against the 49ers.

Seahawks to go with Will Tukuafu at fullback
The Seattle Seahawks will insert fullback Will Tukuafu into the starting lineup, according to the Associated Press. Will Tukuafu signed with the club Wednesday, and will replace Derrick Coleman. Coleman began the year as the team's primary option, but was placed on the IR Saturday. Robert Turbin had served as the team's temporary option at the position with Coleman out, but will assume his normal role as backup running back with Tukuafu in tow.

The Seattle Seahawks announced they've promoted linebacker L.J. Fort from the practice squad and signed fullback Will Tukuafu.
