Lorenzo Carter is listed as one of the starting outside linebackers on the Atlanta Falcons' official depth chart, Will McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.The Falcons made a huge splash late in training camp by trading for Matthew Judon and signing Justin Simmons. Both newcomers are listed as backups on the depth chart, but that's expected to change as they get more acclimated to Atlanta's system. Carter and Arnold Ebiketie are expected to compete for the other starting outside linebacker spot when Judon is up to full speed.
