Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Suffers from loss of QB
CeeDee Lamb finished with six receptions (10 targets) for 21 yards while adding three yards off of one rushing attempt in Sunday's 34-6 loss to Philadelphia.Lamb fell victim to the Dallas Cowboys' poor quarterback situation Sunday, netting just 24 yards off of seven touches in a one-sided loss. Dak Prescott (hamstring) is expected to miss a significant amount of time, which hurts every skill position player on Dallas' roster significantly. The 25-year-old Lamb should still garner a healthy amount of targets from either Cooper Rush or Trey Lance going forward, but Sunday's production is a good example of the drop-off in talent between starter and backups. Lamb has enough pure talent to warrant starting in Week 11 against the Texans for Monday Night Football.

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Cleared to play
CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.Lamb was able to rejoin last week's loss to Atlanta after suffering an AC joint sprain and will now play through the injury with Cooper Rush filling in for Dak Prescott (hamstring) at quarterback this Sunday. It isn't ideal to be playing through an injury and catching passes from a backup QB against a red-hot defense, but Lamb's talent and steady volume mean fantasy managers would be wise to keep him in lineups all the same. The Dallas Cowboys listed him as a full practice participant Friday, although their session was merely a walkthrough.

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Stays limited Thursday
CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice, Tommy Yarrish of the Dallas Cowboys' official site reports.Lamb emerged from this past Sunday's loss in Atlanta with an AC joint injury in his right shoulder that clearly impacted him for a significant portion of the second half. Four days removed from suffering the injury, Lamb told Jon Machota of The Athletic on Thursday, "my shoulder is much better than it was on Sunday, I'll tell you that. I feel like I've taken a big step these last 2-to-3 days. I'm good. I was out there running today." Lamb also noted that the issue is one of pain tolerance, so even if he's able to give it a go Sunday against the Eagles, any aggravation could leave him inhibited like he was Week 9.

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Limited practice Wednesday
CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, Joe Hoyt of AllDLLS.com reports.Lamb played through the pain this past Sunday in Atlanta and eventually was diagnosed with an AC joint injury in his right shoulder following an MRI. He's considered week-to-week, but the Dallas Cowboys have some optimism that he'll miss no game action as a result of the injury. With a light practice under his belt so far this week, Lamb at least has put himself in a position to do just that, and his status will continue to be monitored to get a sense of his potential to play Sunday versus the Eagles.

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Optimism for Week 10
CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) is considered week-to-week, but there is optimism he'll be able to play next Sunday against the Eagles, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.Lamb is believed to be dealing with an AC joint injury in his shoulder, which he suffered in the second half of Sunday's loss to the Falcons. He was able to return to the game after briefly exiting, so perhaps he can continue to play through the issue if it's more of a pain tolerance thing. If he's able to suit up against Philadelphia, Lamb is expected to be catching passes from a different quarterback, with Dak Prescott (hamstring) likely out several weeks, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Lamb's fantasy stock thus takes a slight hit, but he still should dominate targets in Dallas' passing attack and will remain a matchup-agnostic WR1.

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: MRI scheduled on shoulder
CeeDee Lamb is dealing with an AC joint injury in his right shoulder following Sunday's 27-21 loss to the Falcons, and he's scheduled to get an MRI on the injury, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones expressed optimism that Lamb will be able to play through the injury, as Lamb returned against Atlanta after initially hurting his shoulder. Lamb finished the game with eight catches for 47 yards on 12 targets while adding two rushing attempts for 15 yards and catching a two-point conversion. The results of Lamb's MRI will determine whether he's in danger of sitting out against the Eagles in Week 10. Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Two TDs in stellar fourth quarter
CeeDee Lamb caught 13 of 17 targets for 146 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 30-24 loss to the 49ers.Lamb scored a seven-yard touchdown to cut the deficit to 30-17 in the fourth quarter, then produced catches of 21, 29 and 20 yards on three consecutive plays, the last of which was a touchdown to make it a one-score game before Dallas' comeback bid fizzled out. Prior to the late surge, Lamb was busy on short and intermediate routes, catching seven of eight targets for 48 yards before halftime. Lamb's up to four touchdowns heading into a Week 9 trip to Atlanta, and he finally has his first 100-yard receiving performance of 2024 after exceeding 100 receiving yards eight times and catching 12 touchdown passes during the 2023 regular season.

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Limited production on 14 targets
CeeDee Lamb recorded seven receptions on 14 targets for 89 yards in Sunday's 49-7 loss to the Lions.Lamb turned in a reasonable fantasy performance on the surface, but his path to getting there is less reassuring. He got off to a quick start by tallying three receptions for 31 yards on the Dallas Cowboys' opening drive but was then limited to very short gains until he turned in a pair of 19-yard receptions with Dallas down by four scores late in the third quarter. Overall, Lamb averaged only 6.4 yards per target and has still yet to hit 100 receiving yards in a game this season.
