The Washington Commanders signed Samuel Cosmi to a four-year, $74 million extension Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.At $18.5 million annually, Cosmi becomes the fifth-highest paid guard in the NFL, with more than $45 million in guaranteed money. Cosmi appeared in all 17 of the Commanders' regular-season contests in 2023, giving up just one sack while making the switch from tackle to guard.
