Texans' Nico Collins: Snap share expected to grow Week 12
Nico Collins is expected to see increased usage Sunday against the Titans after playing only 47 percent of snaps in Monday's 34-10 win over the Cowboys, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.Collins was eased back into action Monday in his return from a hamstring injury that had sidelined him since Week 5. He was leading the NFL with 567 receiving yards at the time of his injury and is averaging a robust 103.5 receiving yards per game, even when factoring in his pedestrian 54-yard performance in an abbreviated role against Dallas in Week 11. Collins will face a Titans defense that's playing without top cornerback L'Jarius Sneed (quadriceps) this weekend.

Texans' Nico Collins: Four catches in return to action
Nico Collins (hamstring) brought in four of seven targets for 54 yards in the Houston Texans' 34-10 win over the Cowboys on Monday night.Collins and Tank Dell posted matching team-high receiving yardage totals while also tying for the lead in targets with Dalton Schultz. It was a solid return to action for Collins following a five-game absence due to a hamstring injury, and his numbers were serviceable within the context of a night where C.J. Stroud wasn't pressed to do an inordinate amount through the air. A similar scenario could actually be in store Week 12, however, as the reeling Titans pay a visit to Collins and the Texans.

Texans' Nico Collins: No limitations expected Monday
Nico Collins won't be under any restrictions with his snap count Monday against the Cowboys in his return from a five-game absence due to a hamstring injury, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. After he closed Week 11 prep with full practices Friday and Saturday, Collins didn't take a designation into Monday, though it wasn't immediately clear if the Houston Texans would monitor his workload in his first game since Oct. 6. Schefter's report should ease any lingering concerns fantasy managers may have had about activating Collins, who looks in line to immediately settle back in as quarterback C.J. Stroud's top target. Before injuring his hamstring Week 5, Collins had led the NFL with 567 receiving yards.

Texans' Nico Collins: Gets back to full Friday
Nico Collins (hamstring) practiced fully Friday. The Houston Texans designated Collins for return from injured reserve last Friday, and the wide receiver was limited in the ensuing session, listed as questionable and activated Saturday. He then was inactive this past Sunday against the Lions, setting up Week 11 as his first possible game action since injuring his right hamstring Sunday, Oct. 6 versus the Bills. Collins followed up Thursday's limited session with full participation one day later, putting him on such a path. He relayed to Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston on Friday, "I feel like myself. It was hard on my mental." Collins also looked like normal self on the practice field, per Wilson, so he should be good for close to the workload of 10.8 targets per game from his four healthy appearances this season.

Texans' Nico Collins: Logs limited practice Thursday
Nico Collins (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice Thursday.Collins, whom the Houston Texans had placed on injured reserve Oct. 9, was designated to return this past Friday and then logged one limited practice before he was added back to the 53-man roster and made inactive for Sunday's loss to the Lions. With the wideout poised to practice all week ahead of Monday's game against the Cowboys, he's trending toward seeing his first game action since Oct. 6, when he suffered a pulled hamstring in a loss to the Bills. Now that Collins has moved past his injury, he's in line to reclaim his high-volume role as the top option in a Houston wideout corps that also features Tank Dell, with Xavier Hutchinson, John Metchie and Robert Woods. In the five games he's played in this season, Collins has put up a 32-567-3 receiving line on 45 targets.

Texans' Nico Collins: Poised to play in Week 11
Nico Collins (hamstring) will practice this week, and the expectation is that the receiver will play in Monday's game against the Cowboys, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.Last Friday, Collins was cleared for his first practice since Week 5, then was listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game versus the Lions. Though he was activated from injured reserve Saturday, he was still considered a game-time decision, with the Houston Texans ultimately making him inactive ahead of a 26-23 loss. According to Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle, coach DeMeco Ryans said that Collins didn't suffer a setback with his right hamstring injury in practice Friday. Instead, the Texans wanted him to get in some more reps before clearing him for a return to game action. Assuming Collins practices this week without issue, he shouldn't face any limitations against Dallas as Houston's No. 1 wideout. Collins led the NFL with 567 receiving yards through the first five weeks of the season before missing the last five games.

Texans' Nico Collins: Inactive Sunday night
Nico Collins (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Lions.Collins, who landed on injured reserve Oct. 9 due to a hamstring injury, was designated to return from IR on Friday and practiced in a limited fashion that day before being listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's contest. Though the wideout was activated from IR on Saturday and has recovered well from his hamstring issue, his return to action is on hold until at least Nov. 18, when Houston faces Dallas on the road. In his continued absence, Tank Dell, Xavier Hutchinson, Robert Woods and John Metchie are slated to headline Houston Texans' wideout corps.

Texans' Nico Collins: Viewed as game-time call
Nico Collins (hamstring) remains listed as questionable and is viewed as a game-time decision for Sunday's contest against the Lions, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.Shortly after Houston reinstated Collins from injured reserve Saturday, Rapoport reported that the receiver was on track to return to action Sunday following a four-game absence, but his status appears to be more uncertain leading up to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Though the Houston Texans added Collins back to the 53-man roster after he spent the minimum amount of time on IR, he didn't resume practicing until Friday, when he was a limited participant in the team's final session of the week. Official word on the availability (or lack thereof) of both Collins and fellow starting receiver Tank Dell (back) -- who is listed as questionable but expected to play -- won't be provided until Houston releases its inactive list 90 minutes before kickoff, so fantasy managers planning on using Collins this week may not have many appealing alternatives available if he ends up sitting out Sunday. If Collins end up playing against Detroit, he could still face some restrictions with his snap count, given his limited practice time leading up to the contest.

Texans' Nico Collins: Activated, remains questionable
Nico Collins (hamstring) was activated off injured reserve Saturday and remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Collins is expected to play Sunday after missing the previous four games with a hamstring injury, but official word on his status won't arrive until the Houston Texans release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Collins didn't resume practicing until Friday and was listed as a limited participant for that session, so even if he plays Sunday, he could have his reps managed to some degree. Fellow starting wideout Tank Dell (back) is also listed as questionable for Sunday's contest.

Texans' Nico Collins: Has chance to return Sunday
Nico Collins (hamstring) was limited at Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest versus the Lions. The Houston Texans designated Collins for return from injured reserve Friday, opening a 21-day window in which to evaluate him for a potential return to action. With a questionable designation in tow, he may be back for the first time since injuring his right hamstring Week 5 against the Bills. The Texans will need to activate Collins by 4:00 p.m. ET on Saturday for the wide receiver to have a chance to suit up this weekend, and if that transaction happens, his status won't be confirmed until about 90 minutes before Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Considering it'll be the second-to-last game of the Week 10 slate, there won't be many options to pivot to if Houston activates him, and fellow WR Tank Dell (back) showed up as limited and listed as questionable on Friday's practice report, so Xavier Hutchinson, Robert Woods, John Metchie and Steven Sims are the healthy wide receivers on the team's active roster at the moment.
