Packers' Travis Glover: Placed on IR
The Green Bay Packers placed Travis Glover (shoulder) on injured reserve Wednesday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.Glover had been sidelined for the past week and is now set to undergo surgery to repair a torn latissimus dorsi muscle. The 2024 sixth-round pick will be forced to miss the entirety of the upcoming season unless he is waived with an injury settlement.

Travis Glover (shoulder) did not practice Friday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.Glover was a sixth-round pick out of Georgia State in the 2024 Draft, and he went on to appear in seven regular-season games as a rookie. Glover played just 13 offensive snaps and another 36 on special teams. He projects to serve as interior offensive line depth should he make the 53-man roster.
