  • Cairo Santos K | CHI

Bears' Cairo Santos: Tallies eight points

Santos converted a pair of field goals as well as a pair of extra points in the Bears' 20-9 win over the Raiders on Sunday.

Santos has scored between six and eight points in each of the Bears' last four games, and although he's yet to show a high-scoring ceiling, he's had a reliable floor over the past month.

  • Jaguars' Matthew Wright: Handling kicking duties

Wright is active for Sunday's game against the Titans and will handle kicking duties.

Wright was elevated from the practice squad for Sunday's game and will operate as Jacksonville's kicker with Josh Lambo (coach's decision) inactive. Wright made his team debut last week and made all three of his PAT attempts.

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Patriots' Nick Folk: Active for Week 5

Folk (knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Texans.

As expected, the veteran kicker, who has logged 35 points through his first four contests this season, will suit up Sunday for a game in which the Patriots should have their share of scoring opportunities against a 1-3 Houston squad helmed by rookie QB Davis Mills.

  • Jaguars' Matthew Wright: Elevated for Week 5

Wright was elevated from the Jaguars' practice squad Saturday.

Wright will join the active roster for a second straight game after he converted all three of his extra-point tries last week. Josh Lambo could be active, but Wright seems to have a good chance to handle kicking duties against Tennessee.

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Patriots' Nick Folk: Questionable against Texans

Folk (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans.

Folk has played through his left knee injury in recent weeks and was able to practice in a limited capacity this week. Despite the questionable tag, he's expected to be ready for Sunday's matchup.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Misses field goal

Myers connected on one of two field-goal attempts and both extra-point tries in Thursday's 26-17 loss to the Rams.

Myers has now missed two of his last four field-goal tries after sending a 35-yard attempt wide left Thursday. Having attempted just five field goals this season, Myers' upside is capped anyway, so fantasy managers should be concerned with him missing chip shots. He'll look to get back on track in Week 6 against the Steelers.

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Patriots' Nick Folk: Limited at Wednesday's practice

Folk (knee) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.

Folk has been playing through the knee injury the past couple weeks and continued to nurse the issue at Wednesday's practice. The fact he's still practicing in some capacity indicates he should be able to play at Houston this weekend.

  • Wil Lutz K | DEN

Saints' Wil Lutz: Week 7 return likely

Lutz (abdomen) is only expected to be sidelined a few more weeks, making his likely season debut Week 7 in Seattle on Monday, Oct. 25, Mike Triplett of ESPN.com reports.

The Saints are among the four teams with a Week 6 bye, so if their belief comes to pass, Lutz actually will miss just five games as a result of the core muscle surgery he underwent in early August. The team has the ability to open a three-week window to practice by designating him to return from IR. When that happens, it may indicate an even more precise return to action. In the interim, though, New Orleans has moved on to its second kicker of the season, swapping Aldrick Rosas for Cody Parkey this week.

  • Joey Slye K | TEN

49ers' Joey Slye: Ends up in Bay Area

The 49ers signed Slye on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

With kicker Robbie Gould (groin) set to miss multiple weeks, Slye will get the first shot to replace him after going through a workout Tuesday along with Michael Badgley and Brett Maher, according to Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston. Slye filled in for Ka'imi Fairbairn in Houston for the first three games of the current campaign, making four of five field-goal attempts and seven of eight point-after tries.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: No field goals

Myers did not attempt a field goal but made all four of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 28-21 win over the 49ers.

Myers was perfect on the day, even though he was limited to PAT duties. Through four games, the veteran now sports just 19 points, having made 15 of 17 total attempts.
