  • Saints K Shayne Graham not asked to do much Week 9

    Saints kicker Shayne Graham was not asked to do much in his team's 28-10 victory over the Panthers in Week 9. Graham, who converted three field goals his last time out, was not summoned for a field goal the entire night. He added four extra points.

    The Saints will host the 49ers in Week 10.

    Panthers K Graham Gano hits his only field goal Thursday

    Panthers kicker Graham Gano hit his only field goal attempt Thursday against the Saints. 

    The Panthers offense had a tough time getting anything going, limiting Gano's chances. His only attempt came with 12:57 left in the contest. Gano managed to hit from 31 yards out. He also managed one extra point attempt.

    Gano will look for more Week 10 against the Eagles. 

  • Shayne Graham goes three for three

    Saints kicker Shayne Graham converted all three of his field-goal tries, hitting from 31, 29 and 37 yards. He added five PATs for a 14-point night. Graham visits Carolina on Thursday.

    Chiefs kicker Cairo Santos finishes with 10 points in Week 8 win

    Chiefs kicker Cairo Santos totaled 10 points during a 34-7 win Week 8 vs. St. Louis. Santos made a 53-yard field goal in the second quarter, a 28-yard field goal in the third quarter and four extra points in the win.

    The 53-yarder was a career long for the rookie kicker. It was also his first career attempt of 50-plus yards.

    Santos has totaled 10 or more points in three of his last four games. The Chiefs are back in action Week 9 vs. N.Y. Jets.

  • Rams' Greg Zuerlein finishes with one point in Week 8 loss

    Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein finished with a season-low one point during a 34-7 loss Week 8 at Kansas City.

    He made his only extra-point attempt after the Rams opened the game with a touchdown on their opening drive. He missed his only field-goal attempt -- a 38-yarder that went wide right in the second quarter.

    The Rams are back in action Week 9 at San Francisco. Zuerlein had five points in a Week 6 loss against the 49ers.

  • Ravens K Justin Tucker makes three FGs in Week 8 loss

    Ravens kicker Justin Tucker converted all three of his field-goal attempts from 45, 50 and 53 yards in his team's 27-24 loss to the Bengals in Week 8.

    The Ravens couldn't deliver a win, but Tucker was excellent in the loss, adding an extra point while nailing three field goals of 40 yards or more after managing a total of three from that distance in his team's first seven games. He's 18 for 21 on field-goal attempts on the year. The Ravens head to Pittsburgh in Week 9.

    Jets' Nick Folk nails 55-yard field goal in Week 8 loss

    Jets kicker Nick Folk converted his only field-goal attempt Sunday, kicking a 55-yard field goal at the end of the first half while adding two extra points in his team's 43-23 loss to the Bills in Week 8.

    The successful kick was Folk's longest of the season and just his second make from at least 50 yards out in 2014. He missed a field goal for the first time this season in last week's loss but is still 14 for 15 on field-goal attempts. The Jets will hit the road to face the Chiefs in Week 9.

    Panthers kicker Graham Gano hits three field goals

    Panthers kicker Graham Gano hit three field goals Week 8.

    Gano was the only source of offense for Carolina. He hit from 26, 31 and 46 yards during the contest. Gano did not receive an extra point attempt. He'll take on the Saints Week 9.

  • Dolphins K Caleb Sturgis registers nine points Week 8

    Dolphins kicker Caleb Sturgis enjoyed a productive day, racking up nine points in a 27-13 victory over the Jaguars. Sturgis nailed a 43-yard kick in the second quarter and a 29-yard kick in the fourth quarter. He finished 2 for 2 in field goal attempts, with three extra points. He has converted 13 of 15 field goal attempts this season.

  • Blair Walsh K | ATL

    Blair Walsh goes two for three

    Vikings kicker Blair Walsh converted field goals of 46 and 38 yards in the win at Tampa Bay, but he hooked a 56-yarder wide left. It was his first miss from 50-plus yards this year. Walsh hit one PAT for a seven-point outing.

    He'll face the Redskins in Week 9.
