Bryant (quad) won't play Sunday against the Vikings.

He'll be replaced this weekend by veteran kicker Shayne Graham, who joined the Falcons earlier this week after Bryant strained his quad Wednesday during practice.

Bryant (quadriceps) was unable to practice Friday, Vaughn McClure of ESPN reports.

Bryant seems a long shot to play Sunday against the Vikings, especially since the Falcons went out and signed Shayne Graham earlier in the week.

Gano finished with 15 points in Thursday's win over the Cowboys, converting on 4-of-5 field-goal attempts and knocking down all three of his extra-point tries.

The Panthers controlled the clock through much of the game, but their failure to convert on eight of their 16 third-down chances worked to the benefit of Gano. A blocked kick by the Cowboys on his final attempt from the field was the only thing that stood in the way of a perfect day for Gano, who has recorded double-digit points in four of his last five games.

With Bryant having strained his quad Wednesday during practice, the Falcons have signed Shayne Graham.

The Falcons haven't ruled Bryant out for Sunday's game against the Vikings, but the fact that the team move so swiftly to add another kicker suggests that Bryant is in danger of missing the contest.

Graham was added by the team Thursday, with Matt Bryant having strained his quad Wednesday during practice and thus potentially missing Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Bryant was limited in practice Wednesday due to a right quadriceps injury.

Until the Falcons sign another kicker, Bryant should be considered good to go for Sunday's contest against the Vikings. Typically one of the highest-scoring kicking options in the NFL, he's fallen all the way to 18th in scoring with 68 points, as the Falcons have sputtered after a fast start to the season.

Barth kicked a 28-yard field goal in his only attempt, and converted all six extra-point tries in Sunday's 45-17 victory over the Eagles.

Barth broke a two-week streak of missed field goals by successfully converting his sole attempt. With Jameis Winston and the rest of the Bucs offense in record-breaking mode Sunday, the veteran kicker got a rare respite from three-point tries. He notably matched the career-high six extra-point attempts he posted in a similarly memorable Tampa offensive outburst versus the Raiders in 2012, the only game in Doug Martin's career where he exceeded his remarkable 235-yard total from Sunday.

Zuerlein missed a 51-yard chance to win the game late and also missed an extra point Sunday as St. Louis lost to Baltimore 16-13

Not a good day for Zuerlein, who was coming off a solid last two contests. He's having a tough year overall, as he is only 15-of-23 on field goals and has now missed an extra point as well.

McManus connected on his lone field-goal attempt, a 24-yarder, and hit both of his PATs during Sunday's 17-15 win over the Bears.

After hitting multiple field goals in five of the first seven games, McManus is just 2-for-2 over the last three weeks, adding six PATs. The offense moved the ball much better Sunday with Brock Osweiler under center, though they'll likely have a tougher time in Week 12 against the Patriots, which may allow McManus a few more attempts.

Barth converted one of two field goal attempts in Sunday's 10-6 victory over Dallas, making a 52-yard try and missing from a distance of 46 yards. He also converted his sole extra-point attempt.

Barth has now missed field goal attempts in two consecutive games after successfully converting his first 11 attempts in his current Bucs tenure. The veteran kicker is still proving to have been a wise acquisition after it became evident that rookie Kyle Brindza wasn't quite ready for the rigors of the NFL.
