  • Browns' Harold Fannin: Likely to play Week 10

Fannin (hamstring) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Fannin popped up on the Browns' injury report after failing to practice Thursday due to the hamstring issue, but the rookie tight end was able to get in a limited session Friday. He looks as though he's made enough progress to suit up this weekend, though official word on his status won't arrive until the Browns release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Even though Cleveland didn't move veteran tight end David Njoku prior to Tuesday's trade deadline, Fannin should continue to be a viable weekly starter in most fantasy leagues while he and Njoku regularly share the field together. Through his eight appearances this season, Fannin has produced a 38-352-2 receiving line on 51 targets while adding six yards on three carries.

  • Bears' Stephen Carlson: Elevated for Week 10

The Bears elevated Carlson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

It's the third and final time that Carlson can be elevated from the practice squad by the Bears this season, and he would have to be signed to active roster in order to continue to play for Chicago in 2025. He would serve as the Bears' TE3 behind Cole Kmet and Colston Loveland if Durham Smythe (calf) is unable to play against the Giants on Sunday.

  • Tanner Conner TE | NYG

Tanner Conner: Back with Miami on practice squad

The Dolphins signed Conner to the practice squad Saturday.

Conner was waived by the Dolphins on Thursday, but he has opted to stay in Miami as a member of the team's practice squad. He logged nine catches (on 15 targets) for 91 yards through the Dolphins' first nine games of the regular season, and he would be be a candidate for elevation to the active roster should Miami require additional depth at tight end.

  • Hayden Rucci TE | MIA

Dolphins' Hayden Rucci: Signed to Fins' active roster

The Dolphins signed Rucci from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Rucci was elevated from the practice squad in Weeks 8 and 9, and he will now be a part of the Dolphins' 53-man roster moving forward. With Julian Hill (ankle) listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills and Darren Waller (pectoral) on injured reserve, Rucci could serve as the Dolphins' TE2 in Week 10 behind Greg Dulcich.

  • Marcedes Lewis TE | DEN

Marcedes Lewis: Goes back to practice squad

Lewis reverted to Denver's practice squad Friday, per the NFL's transactions log.

Lewis suited up for his second game of the season in Week 10 versus the Raiders, and he again did not record a stat Thursday. The Broncos will be able to elevate him from the practice squad one more time this year before they would be required to sign him to the active roster to make him eligible to play.

  • Texans' Harrison Bryant: Questionable for Week 10

Bryant (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Jacksonville.

A shoulder injury prevented Bryant from participating in the first two practices of Week 10 prep, but he earned the questionable tag after logging a full practice Friday. Dalton Schultz is the only healthy tight end on the active roster, so the Texans may elevate Brevin Jordan or Cade Stover from the practice squad to provide added depth at tight end in case Bryant is unable to play Sunday.

  • Connor Heyward TE | PIT

Steelers' Connor Heyward: Cleared to play

Heyward (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports

Despite missing practice both Wednesday and Thursday, Heyward logged a full practice Friday and didn't get tagged with an injury designation, making him set to suit up in Sunday's game. The 26-year-old fullback played 18 special teams snaps and four offensive snaps in Week 9 against the Colts and will likely log a similar amount of snaps in the fullback role for Sunday's game.

  • Colson Yankoff TE | WAS

Commanders' Colson Yankoff: Cleared to play Week 10

Yankoff (hamstring) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Lions, Ben Standig of Big 100 Washington D.C. reports.

A hamstring injury prevented Yankoff from playing in the Commanders' last two games, but he's been cleared to return Sunday after logging a full practice Friday. He's mostly served on special teams this season, but his return bolsters the Commanders' depth at tight end behind Zach Ertz, John Bates and Ben Sinnott.

  • AJ Barner TE | SEA

Seahawks' AJ Barner: Looking good for Sunday

Barner (calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Arizona, but he seems likely to play after logging a full practice Friday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

The quick return to full participation confirms that Barner's injury isn't serious, though the Seahawks weren't quite ready to remove him from their injury report. He hasn't missed a game this season and should fill his usual role as the No. 1 tight end, which has resulted in four receiving touchdowns and one rushing score despite averaging just 3.25 targets per game.

  • Josh Oliver TE | MIN

    Vikings' Josh Oliver: Ruled out

Oliver (foot) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Ravens.

Oliver will miss a second consecutive week due to the foot sprain he suffered in Week 8 against the Chargers. The loss of the backup tight end will likely mean more snaps for Ben Yurosek again, who has logged 32 offensive snaps in the past two games since Oliver suffered his injury.
