Marcedes Lewis TE | DEN
Jaguars' Marcedes Lewis: Not expected to practice Wednesday
Lewis isn't expected to practice Wednesday due to a shoulder injury, Mike Kaye of FirstCoastNews.com reports.
This is the first report of a shoulder injury for Lewis, so both the origin and extent are unclear. However, it leaves his status in question for Sunday's game against the 49ers. The Jaguars will provide an official update on Lewis' status after Wednesday's session concludes.

MyCole Pruitt TE | PIT
Texans' MyCole Pruitt: Placed on IR
Pruitt (calf) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.
Pruitt was inactive for Sunday's loss to the Jaguars and will now be sidelined for the final two games of the year as the Texans decided to pull the plug on the 25-year-old's season. Pruitt played in just one game for the Texans, logging 13 offensive snaps.

Hunter Henry TE | NE
Chargers' Hunter Henry: Placed on injured reserve
Henry (abdomen) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Ricky Henne of the Chargers' official site reports.
Henry was placed on IR with a small laceration on his kidney, which he suffered in Saturday night's loss to the Chiefs. His season comes to an end after 14 contests in which he recorded 45 receptions for 579 yards and four touchdowns. Look for the Chargers to deploy some combination of Antonio Gates, Jeff Cumberland and Sean McGrath for the final two games of the regular season as they fight to stay in the playoff hunt.

Darrell Daniels TE | DET
Colts' Darell Daniels: Practices fully Tuesday
Daniels (hamstring) was a full participant in practice Tuesday.
Daniels' full session to begin Week 16 preparations offers optimism about his chances of suiting up Saturday against the Ravens, though the coaching staff would surely like to see him put in another full practice or two to feel better about his availability. The reserve tight end has missed the last four games with the hamstring issue and shouldn't be expected to play a major role in the passing game if he suits up Saturday.

C.J. Uzomah TE | PHI
Bengals' C.J. Uzomah: Busier than usual
Uzomah had a season-high four catches for 24 yards on four targets in Sunday's loss to the Vikings.
Additionally, Uzomah's 23 offensive snaps were a season high. He benefitted some from the Bengals' healthy scratch of Tyler Boyd, at the expense of receivers Josh Malone and Alex Erickson, as the team often went with two tight end sets.

Austin Hooper TE | ATL
Falcons' Austin Hooper: Hauls in two passes in win
Hooper caught both of his targets for 12 yards in the 24-21 win over the Buccaneers on Monday.
Matt Ryan only completed 17 passes on the evening, so Hooper didn't get a lot of looks. He's gone five weeks without a touchdown and would be a risky option in Week 16 against the Saints.

Nick Vannett TE | SEA
Seahawks' Nick Vannett: Avoids significant shoulder damage
Vannett avoided significant damage to his shoulder in Sunday's blowout loss to the Rams, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Vannett exited midway through Sunday's game and underwent testing Monday to help determine the extent of the injury. No further specifics were offered on the injury, but the 24-year-old's practice participation later this week should provide a good barometer for his Week 16 availability.

Dwayne Allen TE | NE
Patriots' Dwayne Allen: Sees 26 snaps in Week 15
Allen was on the field for 26 of 60 snaps on offense in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Steelers.
Allen caught his only target in the contest for 10 yards. Meanwhile, top tight end Rob Gronkowski returned from a one-game suspension and played every snap on offense Sunday, hauling in nine catches for 168 yards. Though Allen could conceivably see the odd red-zone target in the coming weeks, he's not a fantasy lineup option as long as Rob Gronkowski is in uniform.

Hunter Henry TE | NE
Chargers' Hunter Henry: Diagnosed with kidney laceration
Henry has been diagnosed with a minor laceration of his kidney, putting his status up in the air for the final two weeks of the season, Jack Wang of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
While it isn't quite clear when he was injured, Henry didn't make any appearances in the box score after the opening drive of the second half in Saturday's 30-13 loss to the Chiefs. He finished the night with only three catches for 28 yards on three targets, falling shy of four catches and 50 yards for the first time since Week 11. Should Henry end up missing Sunday's game against the Jets, his usual role likely would be filled by some combination of Antonio Gates, Jeff Cumberland and Sean McGrath. The Chargers do still have a slim shot to reach the playoffs, but internal injuries aren't to be treated lightly in any scenario.
