  • Dawson Knox TE | BUF

Bills' Dawson Knox: Gets into end zone Saturday

Knox secured three of five targets for 38 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' 35-13 win over the Bears on Saturday.

Knox tied for the team lead in receptions while finishing second in receiving yards on a modest day for the air attack overall. However, he rewarded fantasy managers with a 13-yard scoring grab with just over a minute remaining, his third in as many contests. Knox's expanded role has come at a critical time of the fantasy season, and he'll next tangle with the tough Bengals defense in a Week 17 road matchup on Monday night, Jan. 2.

  • David Njoku TE | LAC

Browns' David Njoku: Two catches in loss

Njoku secured two of five targets for 14 yards in the Browns' 17-10 loss to the Saints on Saturday.

Njoku turned in a modest performance on a day that wasn't exactly conducive to the passing game, with Amari Cooper the only member of the air attack to put up fantasy-worthy numbers. The veteran tight end still managed to extend his multi-catch streak to 11 games, and he'll have a better matchup overall against the Commanders on the road in a Week 17 clash on Sunday, Jan. 1.

  • 49ers' George Kittle: Continues late-season surge

Kittle finished with six receptions (eight targets) for 120 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 37-20 win over Washington.

Kittle played like a man possessed Saturday, ripping off several big-chunk plays en route to his second two-score game in as many weeks. The 29-year-old almost had a third touchdown late in the contest, but he was ultimately stopped one yard short before giving way to Christian McCaffrey to finish off the successful drive. Rookie quarterback Brock Purdy has developed a nice rapport with his star tight end since taking over for Jimmy Garoppolo (ankle), as the duo combined for 14 receptions, 241 yards and four touchdowns in the three games Purdy has started. Kittle's late-season surge has coincided with the absence of Deebo Samuel (knee/ankle) -- who has not been ruled out for Week 17 -- so the tight end's recent run of increased usage could take a hit once the latter returns. For now, Kittle remains a strong fantasy play heading into a New Year's Day matchup against the Raiders.

  • Dallas Goedert TE | PHI

Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Posts three catches in Week 16

Goedert gathered in all three of his targets for 67 yards during Saturday's 40-34 loss in Dallas.

In his return to action following a five-game absence due to a shoulder injury, Goedert didn't appear worse for wear, but he also ranked fifth in targets on the Eagles behind DeVonta Smith (12), A.J. Brown (eight), Quez Watkins (five) and Kenneth Gainwell (four). On a positive note for Goedert, though, no other Philly tight end was targeted, so he seems to have retaken full control of the position. He was working with backup quarterback Gardner Minshew on Saturday with Jalen Hurts (shoulder) out, so Goedert's prospects could be lifted somewhat moving forward if Hurts is able to play in Weeks 17 and/or 18.

  • T.J. Hockenson TE | MIN

Vikings' T.J. Hockenson: Finds end zone twice in career day

Hockenson caught 13 of 16 targets for 109 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 27-24 win over the Giants.

The 13 grabs were a career high for the tight end, while his 100-yard performance was his first as a Viking and the third of his career. Hockenson had just a 13-143-0 line on 23 targets over his prior three games combined and won't get to face the Giants' defense every week, but he could still be productive in Week 17 against the Packers.

  • Noah Fant TE | NO

Seahawks' Noah Fant: Nabs fourth touchdown in defeat

Fant had two receptions (three targets) for 12 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 24-10 loss to the Chiefs.

Fant saved a paltry fantasy day with what amounted to a garbage-time score in the fourth quarter of Saturday's loss. It was the veteran tight end's third score over his last four games. Fant doesn't provide a ton of upside when he doesn't score, but his recent run of success makes him worth considering when the Seahawks take on the Jets next Sunday.

  • Mark Andrews TE | BAL

Ravens' Mark Andrews: Three catches Saturday

Andrews caught three of five targets for 45 yards in Saturday's 17-9 win over the Falcons.

It wasn't much production, but the tight end led Baltimore in catches and receiving yards on a day in which Tyler Huntley completed only nine passes. Andrews has seen his numbers plummet without Lamar Jackson (knee) under center. managing just a 8-93-0 line on 18 targets over the last three games. With the Ravens having locked up a playoff spot Saturday, the team may not want to risk its starting QB in Week 17 against the Steelers.

  • Cole Kmet TE | CHI

Bears' Cole Kmet: Leads team in receptions

Kmet caught five passes for 27 yards in the Bears' 35-13 loss to the Bills on Sunday.

Kmet led the Bears with six targets, but the Bills were excellent at keeping the Chicago pass catchers from gaining much yardage after the catch. He's failed to reach 36 yards in four of his last five games, but he'll face a Detroit defense in Week 17 that he posted 74 yards and scored twice against earlier in the year. That past performance will make him worth consideration when setting fantasy lineups next week.

  • Saints' Juwan Johnson: Struggles in blustery conditions

Johnson reeled in one of two targets for nine yards during Saturday's 17-10 win over Cleveland.

Johnson took a step back following his two-touchdown performance against Atlanta last week. The 6-foot-4 receiving tight end dropped his first target late in the first quarter while laying out for a pass that likely should have been caught. What's worse, this drop led the ball to bounce up in the air for an easy interception to Browns safety Grant Delpit. Johnson's opportunities then fell to the wayside in Saturday's windy and frigid conditions, as the Saints attempted just seven passes while leaning into an option rushing attack over the final three quarters. Johnson still tied with wideout Keith Kirkwood for the team's third-most targets behind Rashid Shaheed (five) and running back Alvin Kamara (four). Johnson will look to bounce back against Philadelphia in Week 17.

  • Travis Kelce TE | KC

Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Breaks century mark again

Kelce corralled six of eight targets for 113 yards in Saturday's 24-10 win over the Seahawks.

Kelce did all the dirty work between the red zones in this one, producing his second 100-yard receiving effort in as many weeks. The star tight end has been on a touchdown drought over the last four weeks, but it is hard to complain about a player who has already contributed 12 scores through 15 games. Look for Kelce to remain heavily involved in the offensive gameplan ahead of next Sunday's matchup against the Broncos.
