Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: On track to practice
Collins (shoulder) is expected to return to practice this week, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Per Drew Dougherty of the Texans' official site, Collins, who remains on injured reserve is on track to practice in a limited fashion this week. Before he's able to rejoin the Texans for practice in any capacity, the team will have to designate him to return from IR. Unless the wideout upgrades to full activity by the end of the week, he's unlikely to be formally added to the 53-man roster in advance of Sunday's game against the Colts.

DeVante Parker WR | PHI
Dolphins' DeVante Parker: Absent from practice Wednesday
Dolphins head coach Brian Flores said Parker (shoulder) won't practice Wednesday, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Parker's shoulder injury kept him sidelined for the Week 5 loss to Tampa Bay, and he could struggle to gain clearance for Sunday's game against Jacksonville in London. With Will Fuller (finger) on injured reserve for at least two more weeks, Preston Williams and Albert Wilson will be in line to handle increased roles behind Jaylen Waddle if Parker misses another game.

Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: On field for practice
Giants head coach Joe Judge said Toney (ankle/foot) will take part in Wednesday's practice, Zack Rosenblatt of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.
The extent of Toney's participation in the session won't be known until the Giants release their first Week 6 practice report later in the day, but the fact that the rookie wideout is on the field in any capacity this early in the week suggests he'll have a good shot at playing Sunday against the Rams. Before picking up the lower leg injury in last week's loss to the Cowboys and getting ejected shortly thereafter, Toney enjoyed a breakout performance, racking up 10 receptions for 189 yards on 13 targets while also taking one carry for seven yards. Toney was afforded some extra touches with running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) and top wideout Kenny Golladay (knee) exiting the game in the first half, while fellow wideouts Darius Slayton (hamstring) and Sterling Shepard (hamstring) missed their second straight contests. Both Slayton and Shepard could be back for Week 6, but the expected absences of Barkley and Golladay should put Toney on track to maintain a prominent role in the game plan if he's able to move past his own injury concern.

Devin Duvernay WR | ARI
Ravens' Devin Duvernay: Catches four passes in win
Duvernay caught all four of his targets for 45 yards in Monday's 31-25 win over the Colts.
Duvernay played a season-high 88 percent of Baltimore's offensive snaps, with that snap share likely being inflated by Sammy Watkins' (hamstring) early exit. If Watkins is forced to miss time, Duvernay looks to be at the front of the line to replace him. The 24-year-old will look to make the most of his opportunities in a Week 6 matchup with the Chargers.
-
Tyler Boyd WR | TEN
Bengals' Tyler Boyd: Catches four passes
Boyd caught four of five targets for 24 yards in Sunday's 25-22 overtime loss to the Packers.
Boyd finished behind both Ja'Marr Chase (10) and Tee Higgins (seven) in targets. Though it was a quiet day for Boyd, his typically steady involvement in the passing game gives him a decent fantasy floor most weeks. He'll have a good bounce-back opportunity Week 6 against a vulnerable Lions pass defense.
-
Collin Johnson WR | LV
Giants' Collin Johnson: Catchless in loss
Johnson failed to catch any of his three targets in Sunday's 44-20 loss to the Cowboys.
Johnson played 44 percent of the Giants' offensive snaps, but he was unable to make an impact during his time on the field. With fellow wideout Kenny Golladay sidelined with a knee injury, the 24-year-old may find himself in a more prominent role Week 6 against the Rams, especially if Sterling Shepard (hamstring) and Darius Slayton (hamstring) are also sidelined for a third game in a row.
-
Austin Watkins Jr. WR | PHI
Austin Watkins: Tries out in Cincy
Watkins (foot) had a workout with the Bengals on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Watkins landed on injured reserve during camp with the 49ers before being let go with an injury settlement, and he's still looking to latch on with a new team. The rookie UDFA out of UAB is looking to make his NFL debut.
-
Brandon Powell WR | MIN
Brandon Powell: Looking for new opportunity
Powell was let go from the Dolphins' practice squad Tuesday, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Powell has been working with Miami's practice squad since failing to make Buffalo's 53-man roster following training camp. The more experienced Travis Fulgham was surprisingly let go by Philly earlier in the week, which led to the Phins' opting to pick him up and letting Powell go. He will now look for a new opportunity.
-
Ray-Ray McCloud WR | CHI
Steelers' Ray-Ray McCloud: Could see more reps
McCloud should see more snaps with JuJu Smith-Schuster (shoulder) sidelined for the remainder of the season, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
McCloud was added to the Steelers' active roster prior to Week 5. With Diontae Johnson and Chase Claypool firmly entrenched as the team's top pass-catchers, he should compete for snaps with James Washington (groin) and Cody White as a depth receiver.
-
Daurice Fountain WR | DET
Daurice Fountain: Jettisoned by Chiefs
Fountain was waived by the Chiefs on Tuesday.
The wide receiver signed a one-year deal with the Chiefs in the offseason but did not appear in a game prior to being let go. He last appeared in the league in 2020, reeling in two passes for 23 yards in five games with the Colts.
