The Browns designated Watson (Achilles) to return from the reserve/PUP list Wednesday, and he's on track to be limited in his first session, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

Watson hasn't played this season, as he's been on the PUP list (where he still resides) after re-rupturing his Achilles in January. The veteran QB has been serving as a mentor to rookie QBs Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders, however, and over the past month he's posted videos to his social media that show him being able to drop back on snaps. Those clips were a precursor to his return to drills Wednesday, and Watson now will have a 21-day window to ramp up in practice before Cleveland either has to activate him or rule him out for the rest of the season. While the Browns could activate Watson and subsequently allow him to suit up on game day anytime during that 21-day frame, it seems unlikely that he'll be ready to play this Sunday against Tennessee given his extended absence -- he last played in an NFL game Week 7 of last season.

Tampa Bay is designating McMillan (neck) to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

McMillan suffered a severe neck strain along with multiple broken bones in his neck during a preseason game in mid-August. He consequently began the regular season on IR (where he still resides), but he's finally ready to return to practice. Given McMillan's extended absence, it could take some time for him to be ready to play in games, but it appears that he'll be able to contribute before the end of December, barring any setbacks. The Buccaneers' receiving corps has been shorthanded all season, so it'll be a big boon to get McMillan back. In similarly positive news for the team's passing game, veteran wideout Mike Evans (collarbone, IR) also is being designated to return from IR on Wednesday.

The Buccaneers are designating Evans (collarbone) to return from IR, and he'll practice Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Evans suffered a broken collarbone during a game against Detroit on Oct. 20, and he was subsequently placed on IR. Just over six weeks later, the veteran wideout has been medically cleared to return to practice. While Evans can now begin to ramp up as a practice participant toward a return to game action, he's far from certain to be activated in time for Sunday's matchup versus the Saints. Still, this is very promising news for Tampa Bay's passing game, which will see WR Jalen McMillan (neck, IR) also return to practice Wednesday, per Rapoport.

Stingley was not thrown at until the final play of Sunday's win over the Colts, Sam Warren of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Indianapolis quarterback Daniel Jones shied away from Stingley until the Colts' final offensive snap, when the cornerback broke up a pass intended for Michael Pittman. Per Pro Football Weekly, Stingley has been thrown at just three times over the last two games and has allowed a combined 23 receiving yards in the last three contests.

Speed was signed to the Texans' active roster Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Speed, who was on the team's practice squad, will be on the 53-man roster heading into the Week 14 road game against the Chiefs. He'll provide depth in the secondary, which took hit when starting safety Jaylen Reed (forearm) was removed from Sunday's win over the Colts. The Texans haven't revealed how they plan to replace Reed, but there are several in-house options. Speed, a sixth-round draft pick of New England in 2023, has played mostly on special teams during his time in the NFL and has 10 tackles over three seasons.

Kamara was signed to the Browns active roster Tuesday.

Kamara, who had been on the team's practice squad, replaces defensive tackle Maliek Collins (quad). The latter was placed on injured reserve Tuesday and will miss the remainder of the season. Kamara is in his fourth season with the Cleveland organization and had a career-high 15 tackles in 2024.

Shavers failed to record a single target in Sunday's 26-7 win over the Bills.

Shavers led all Bills wide receivers in offensive snaps, handling a 61 percent snap share Sunday. Despite seeing his highest snap share of the season, the 26-year-old wideout was a complete nonfactor in the Bills passing game against the Steelers. Shavers has not been targeted in the past two contests, all but removing him from fantasy consideration as the season winds down. Shavers will look to get something going in Week 14 when the Bills host the Bengals, but he'll be extremely difficult to trust for fantasy purposes.

Hawes caught his lone target for 10 yards in Sunday's 26-7 win over the Steelers.

Hawes played 52 of the Bills 74 offensive snaps Sunday, his highest snap share of the season and just one fewer snap than fellow tight end Dawson Knox. With teammate Dalton Kincaid (hamstring) sidelined, the 24-year-old Hawes continues to see an uptick in usage in the Bills passing game, but it has not yet led to any major production. Based on his limited target share, the rookie remains far off the fantasy radar heading into a Week 14 matchup against the Bengals.

Davis caught one of two targets for five yards in Sunday's 26-7 win over the Steelers.

Davis played a minimal role in the Bills' passing game Sunday, catching one of two targets for the second straight game. The veteran wideout played 43 of Buffalo's 74 offensive snaps, and despite seeing his largest snap share of the season, he was unable to be a major factor in the win against Pittsburgh. Davis should continue to be very difficult to trust for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 14 matchup against the Bengals.

Cooks caught his lone target for 13 yards in Sunday's 26-7 win over the Steelers.

In his first game with the Bills after signing on Nov. 25, Cooks was understandably not a huge part of Buffalo's offensive plans. The veteran wideout played just 17 of the Bills' 74 offensive snaps, the lowest total of any wide receiver who saw action on offense Sunday. Though it's possible that his role will grow as the regular season progresses toward its end, Cooks faces an uphill battle to see consistent usage in an offense that tends to spread the ball around. Nonetheless, the 32-year-old will look to get more involved when the Bills host the Bengals in Week 14.
