Jones (calf) was at Saturday's practice session but only appeared to participate in warm-ups, Pete Sweeney of The Kansas City Star reports.

Jones did not have a helmet on and also had a compression sleeve on his left calf. If the defensive tackle was unable to participate in Saturday's session, there is a very strong chance he will not suit up for Monday's contest against the Broncos.

The Giants signed Cambre to a contract Saturday, Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record reports.

The Giants waived Cambre during cutdown day before signing the wide receiver to the practice squad Sept. 2. The second-year player out of Louisiana will likely be a reserve option if Malik Nabers (knee) has not quite recovered enough from his 2025 ACL tear to suit up.

The Vikings converted Rodgers' $1.5 million in playtime incentives to a signing bonus Saturday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Rodgers' contract conversion rewards the cornerback's proven value as a starter throughout the 2025 season. The 28-year-old ended 2025 with 66 tackles (47 solo), including two forced fumbles, and four passes defensed for one pick-six over 17 regular-season games. Another facet of the revised contract is that it creates additional cap space for the Vikings to make more moves during the 2026 season.

Mayer signed a three-year, $45 million contract extension with the Raiders on Saturday, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports.

The deal includes $30 million guaranteed, and the $15 million APY ranks fourth among current tight ends. Mayer has operated as the Raiders' TE2 for the past couple of seasons, but the fourth-year pro is expected to operate in an expanded role Sunday against the Dolphins in the absence of Brock Bowers, who is expected to miss at least one or two games after undergoing a meniscus trim procedure Tuesday. Mayer finished the 2025 regular season with 35 catches (on 50 targets) for 328 yards and a touchdown across 13 games.

Kraft and the Packers reached an agreement on a four-year, $75 million contract extension worth up to $92 million Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The deal includes a $26.5 million signing bonus, making Kraft the NFL's highest-paid tight end and under contract with the Packers through 2030, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com. Kraft was one of the most productive tight ends through the first half of the 2025 regular season before his campaign abruptly ended in Week 9 due to a torn ACL. He's not on the injury report for Sunday's regular-season opener against the Vikings, and the 2023 third-rounder is expected to be one of the top targets for Jordan Love in the passing game, alongside fellow tight end Jonnu Smith and wide receivers Christian Watson, Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden.

The Lions and St. Brown agreed to a restructured contract Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Per Spotrac, $26 million of St. Brown's salary was converted into a signing bonus, which alone created $20.8 million in cap space to give the Lions more flexibility for the next two seasons. St. Brown has been one of the most productive receivers since being selected by the Lions in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, having logged 100-plus catches and 1,000-plus receiving yards in each of the last four years. He finished the 2025 regular season with 117 catches (on a career-high 172 targets) for 1,401 yards and 11 touchdowns across 17 games. He'll once again lead a Lions pass-catching group that also includes Jameson Williams, Isaac TeSlaa and Sam LaPorta.

Lenoir logged six tackles (three solo) in the 49ers' 27-7 Week 1 victory over the Rams.

Lenoir played all 61 of the 49ers' defensive snaps in the contest. The cornerback was a force to be reckoned with up close, taking down three ball carriers by himself and assisting on three stops while providing strong coverage for the entirety of the game.

Greenlaw logged six tackles (one solo) during the 49ers' 27-7 win over the Rams in Week 1.

Greenlaw played 40 of 61 defensive snaps (65.6 percent) in San Francisco's Week 1 victory and finished tied with Deommodore Lenoir as the team's third-leading tackler behind Fred Warner (11) and Marques Sigle (nine). It was just the 11th regular-season game that Greenlaw has appeared in since tearing his Achilles in Super Bowl LVIII at the end of the 2023 season, as the veteran linebacker has also dealt with other lower-body injuries since. His defensive snaps figure to be closely monitored given his injury history, but the addition of Greenlaw in the offseason bolstered the 49ers' linebacker corps that also consists of Warner and Luke Gifford.

Bosa made four tackles (three solo) in the 49ers' 27-7 Week 1 victory over the Rams.

Bosa showed out as a run defender during his first game back from an ACL injury that he suffered in Week 3 of the 2025 season. The defensive end didn't notch a sack in the Week 1 contest, but he was a strong presence on the edge against the Rams' run and pass game. The 28-year-old played 59 percent of the defensive snaps, in line with the other starters on the team's defensive line.

Sigle recorded nine tackles (four solo) during the 49ers' 27-7 win against the Rams in Week 1.

Sigle was on the field for all 61 of San Francisco's defensive snaps in Week 1, and his tackle total was the second best on the team behind Fred Warner's 11. He may be a worthwhile IDP consideration in some leagues heading into a Week 2 matchup versus the Giants.
