Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Friday that Bernard (calf) is ruled out for Sunday's wild-card round matchup against the Jaguars, Maddy Glab of the team's official site reports.

Bernard previously missed Week 18 due to his calf injury, and McDermott has yet to offer a clear estimate for the starting linebacker's recovery timeframe. For Sunday's playoff contest against Jacksonville, both Dorian Williams and Joe Andreessen will be candidates to see increased work on defense in Bernard's absence.

Singleton recorded 135 tackles (54 solo) to go with one sack, four passes defensed and one forced fumble while playing in 16 games during the 2025 season.

Singleton bounced back in a big way this season after suffering a season-ending torn ACL in Week 3 of the 2024 season. The 32-year-old linebacker led all Broncos defenders in tackles, proving once again to be a difference maker for Denver's formidable defense. Singleton is set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and it's possible the Broncos will want to be aggressive in re-signing him based on his consistently high levels of performance. Otherwise, it's likely the veteran will garner a lot of interest from teams around the league that are desperate for strong linebacker play.

Johnson (ankle) will practice Friday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Johnson was deemed a non-participant on practice reports Wednesday and Thursday, so the running back's looming participation Friday offers hope that he could be available for Sunday's playoff opener against the Jaguars. The Bills' final injury report will clarify both Johnson's participation level Friday, as well as his official game status ahead of the upcoming wild-card round.

Coach Sean McDermott noted Friday that he doesn't expect Kincaid (knee) to carry an injury designation for Sunday's playoff opener against the Jaguars, Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News reports.

Kincaid was listed as limited on practice reports Wednesday and Thursday as he continues to manage a knee issue. However, the tight end appears to be on track to be active versus Jacksonville barring any issues at Friday's practice, an outcome that would be cemented if he indeed heads into the weekend without an injury designation.

Palmer (ankle) won't practice Friday and will be listed as questionable for Sunday's playoff opener against the Jaguars, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Palmer thus will finish the week with three consecutive 'DNPs,' which clouds the wideout's status for Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. In 12 contests during the regular season, Palmer put up a 22-303-0 line on 37 targets, a rate of production that limited his fantasy lineup viability to deeper formats.

Kolar finished the season with 10 catches for 142 yards and two touchdowns on 15 targets over 17 games.

It was a strong season from Kolar, who played in all 17 games for the first time in his career. His snap count jumped significantly, going from 230 to 402, and he posted career highs across the board in his receiving production. Though Kolar's 15 targets show that he's not necessarily a staple of the passing game, the Iowa State product has shown himself to be efficient with his opportunities throughout his career. Over four seasons (47 games), Kolar has caught 30 of 41 targets for 409 yards (9.97 YPT) and four touchdowns. Mark Andrews is set to stay in Baltimore for the long run, and now Baltimore must make a call on who to retain between Kolar and Isaiah Likely as both hit free agency this offseason.

Adkins finished the 2025 regular-season campaign with six catches on 11 targets for 48 yards and one touchdown across nine appearances.

Adkins did not play a significant role for the Broncos this season, as the tight end missed time with ankle and knee injuries during the 2025 campaign. The 26-year-old operated as Denver's No. 3 tight end behind Evan Engram and Adam Trautman, so even when he was healthy, Adkins faced an uphill battle for playing time. The South Carolina product is set to become a restricted free agent this offseason, so the Broncos will have the opportunity to match any offers he may receiver from other teams to keep him in Denver. Regardless of where Adkins ends up playing in 2026, he'll likely continue to be far off the fantasy radar.

Trautman finished the 2025 season with 20 receptions on 23 targets for 195 yards and one touchdown across 17 games.

Trautman continued his typical role as a blocking specialist this season, failing to reach 200 receiving yards for the second straight season. In his third year with Denver, the veteran played the most offensive snaps of any Broncos tight end despite not being utilized much as a pass catcher. Meanwhile, teammate Evan Engram handled the majority of tight-end pass-catching duties in Denver's offense. Trautman will enter the offseason as an unrestricted free agent, and his blocking acumen will likely help him garner interest from teams around the league. Considering his experience in Sean Payton's system, it wouldn't be surprising to see him back with the Broncos on a new deal next season, yet he'll continue to have little appeal for fantasy purposes.

Likely finished the season with 27 catches for 307 yards and one touchdown on 36 targets.

It was a tough season for Likely, who was poised to build on his career year from 2024 when he had 42 catches for 477 yards and six touchdowns. Instead, Likely posted career lows across the board and also missed three games. In fairness, Likely suffered a foot injury in camp that required surgery, which could explain the drop-off in production. There were also contextual issues. Lamar Jackson missed some time, and Baltimore ended up with the sixth-fewest passing yards in the league, along with the fewest pass attempts. Likely is set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and with Mark Andrews having recently inked an extension in Baltimore, it's fair to wonder if Likely will be playing elsewhere in 2026.

Humphrey ended the 2025 regular season with 13 receptions on 25 targets for 156 yards and a touchdown across 10 games.

After beginning the season with the Giants and recording just four grabs for 55 yards over three games, Humphrey was signed away from New York's practice squad by the Broncos ahead of the team's Week 11 matchup against the Chiefs. The veteran wideout was reunited with the Broncos after spending the previous two seasons in Denver. He joined a crowded wide receiver room, providing depth in a familiar offense behind Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Pat Bryant and Marvin Mims. Humphrey will become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, so he'll hope to garner interest from teams around the league ahead of the 2026 campaign. With that said, it wouldn't be surprising to see the 27-year-old re-sign with the Broncos based on his familiarity with head coach Sean Payton's system, though he would have an uphill battle for meaningful playing time once again.
