Mayer (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Broncos.

Mayer hasn't been able to practice since he sustained an ankle injury Week 12 against the Browns, and while he'll be absent for a second consecutive contest Sunday, coach Pete Carroll expressed optimism that the third-year pro will be able to return Week 15 at Philadelphia on Sunday, Dec. 14, according to Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com. With Mayer sidelined again, Ian Thomas and Carter Runyon will take on the TE reps that don't go to top option Brock Bowers.

Van Ness (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Van Ness aggravated a foot injury during the Packers' Week 12 win over the Vikings. He has been unable to practice since the aggravation, so he'll aim to return to practice in at least a limited capacity ahead of the Packers' Week 15 clash against the Broncos on Sunday, Dec. 14. Kingsley Enagbare should continue to see more rotational snaps at defensive end behind Rashan Gary and Micah Parsons for as long as Van Ness is sidelined.

Wright (quadriceps) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Titans, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Wright missed the Browns' Week 13 loss to the 49ers with a quadriceps injury, but three practices capped off with a full session Friday were enough to avoid an injury designation for Sunday's contest. The return of the starting defensive end opposite Myles Garrett is a huge boon for a Browns defensive line that is already without Maliek Collins (quadriceps) and potentially without Mason Graham (ribs).

Hobbs (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Hobbs was limited in practice all week due to an MCL sprain, but he has a chance to be cleared to return from a four-game absence. If he is given the green light to play Sunday, then Hobbs could be moved to the slot corner position if Javon Bullard (ankle) doesn't suit up.

Bullard (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Bullard missed the last two practices of the week while tending to an ankle injury, but he was still tagged as questionable and has a chance to be cleared to play if he goes through Sunday's pregame warmups without sustaining a setback. If Bullard doesn't play, then Bo Melton and/or Kamal Hadden could be thrust into the slot corner position for Week 14.

McGuire (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

McGuire was a non-participant in Wednesday's practice before stringing consecutive limited sessions together to end the week. The consistent participation means the defensive end is likely trending towards suiting up for Sunday. If the 24-year-old is unable to go, Cameron Thomas would be in line to see more rotational snaps at defensive end.

Dotson (toe) remained limited at Friday's practice, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports.

Dotson has one more chance to upgrade to full participation ahead of Monday's matchup with the Chargers. He was listed as a limited participant both Thursday and Friday.

Bryant (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game at Las Vegas, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

Bryant was a midweek addition to Denver's injury report Thursday, when he was limited due to a hamstring issue. He maintained that activity level Friday, despite taking part in the team stretch before not doing much during individual drills, per Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post. Nevertheless, Bryant will be available to the Broncos offense Week 14 on the heels of recording at least 40 receiving yards in four of his last five contests.

Brooks (ankle) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bears, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

An ankle injury prevented Brooks from playing in Green Bay's Thanksgiving win over Detroit, but he has been cleared to return for Sunday's NFC North tilt after logging a full practice Friday. Brooks' return is a welcome one for the Packers after Devonte Wyatt (ankle) was placed on injured reserve, and the former will likely start alongside Colby Wooden at defensive tackle for the rest of the season.

Hall (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Hall managed to log two limited sessions this week after he was added to the injury report Thursday. His availability for Sunday will be key for a Browns defense that is littered with injuries at defensive tackle. The second-year tackle has maintained a defensive snap share of at least 31 percent for three consecutive weeks, and if cleared to suit up Sunday, will likely make it four.
