Elliott (ankle), who is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Giants, is not traveling with the 49ers to New York on Friday due to personal reasons, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.

Elliott didn't practice Friday after logging a pair of limited practices to begin the week, though it's not clear if his absence Friday was due to the personal issue. He remains questionable for Sunday's contest, so he could join the team sometime before that matchup. If Elliott is unable to play, Kevin Givens or Alfred Collins could draw a start.

Darrisaw (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Lions.

Darrisaw aggravated a knee injury in Minnesota's Week 8 loss to the Chargers. He closed the week with a limited practice and turned in a full session Wednesday. Coach Kevin O'Connell expressed optimism that Darrisaw would be available for the key divisional showdown Sunday, per Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com.

Robinson (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Robinson's absence comes as no surprise, as the fourth-year pro is working through a high-ankle sprain that he sustained in Week 8 against the Ravens and is a candidate for injured reserve. Daniel Hardy and Austin Booker will serve as the Bears' rotational defensive ends behind Dayo Odeyingbo and Montez Sweat in Robinson's absence.

Okudah (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Lions.

Okudah suffered a concussion in the Vikings' loss to the Chargers in Week 8 and was unable to practice in any capacity leading up to Sunday's game against the Lions. His absence will thin Minnesota's secondary.

Rucci reverted from the active roster to the practice squad Friday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Rucci was elevated to the practice squad for the second straight game for Thursday's loss to the Ravens. He did not log a snap and will now head back to the practice squad.

The Jaguars placed Murray (neck) on injured reserve Friday.

Murray, who has been bothered by a neck injury for a while, hurt his neck again versus the Rams in Week 7. He didn't practice at all this week and will now need to miss at least four games while on IR. Rookie Rayuan Lane could see more opportunities on defense while Murray is sidelined.

The Jaguars signed Trammell to the active roster from the practice squad Friday.

Trammell has spent all season with the Jacksonville practice squad and was elevated once, though he has yet to see game action. He'll likely serve primarily as a special-teamer while taking the roster spot of Travis Hunter (knee).
