Bud Dupree OLB | LAC
Chargers' Bud Dupree: Unable to practice Wednesday
Dupree (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
The 32-year-old was hurt in the second half of the Chargers' Week 18 loss to the Broncos, and never returned to the contest. Dupree would likely see his role behind Khalil Mack replaced by Odafe Oweh and Kyle Kennard should the 10th-year pro be unable to play in Sunday's playoff game against the Patriots.

Tucker Fisk TE | LAC
Chargers' Tucker Fisk: Designated to return from IR
The Chargers designated Fisk (ankle) to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Fisk has been on IR with an ankle injury since Dec 8. The tight end's return would add depth to a Chargers corps that consists of Oronde Gadsden, Will Dissly and Tyler Conklin. Fisk played in 10 games this year, during which he recorded two receptions for 19 yards on two targets. The 26-year-old will have three chances this week to show sufficient practice participation and prove he is ready to suit up for Sunday's playoff game against the Patriots.

DJ Moore WR | CHI
Bears' DJ Moore: Stays limited Wednesday
Moore (knee) was limited at practice Wednesday.
Moore ended the regular season with back-to-back one-catch efforts and now is dealing with a knee injury that capped his reps at Tuesday's walkthrough and Wednesday's session. He may need to operate without restrictions Thursday in order to head into the weekend without a designation for Saturday's wild-card game versus the Packers.

Kendall Williamson SAF | LAC
Chargers' Kendall Williamson: Not practicing Wednesday
Williamson (ankle) will not practice Wednesday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Williamson left last Sunday's game against the Broncos early with an ankle injury and does not seem to have progressed in his recovery much since that point. The third-string defensive back will likely see his special teams production replaced by the newly signed Marcus Maye if he is unable to recover in time to suit up for Sunday's playoff game against the Patriots.

Rome Odunze WR | CHI
Bears' Rome Odunze: Limited again Wednesday
Odunze (foot) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday.
Odunze now has been limited on three consecutive injury reports going back to last week, meaning he now has only more chance to practice in full ahead of Saturday's wild-card game against the Packers. He's seeking his first game action since Week 13 and appears destined to enter the weekend with a designation if he isn't able to practice without restrictions Thursday.

Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Packers' Josh Jacobs: Avoids injury report entirely
Jacobs (knee) is not listed on Tuesday's injury report ahead of Saturday's wild-card round matchup on the road against Chicago.
Jacobs had been listed on Green Bay's injury report since suffering a knee injury back in Week 11 on Nov. 16, per Zach Kruse of USA Today. He aggravated the injury multiple times since it was initially sustained, but Jacobs now finally appears back to full health after having been allowed to rest Week 18. Jacobs' injury caused lingering pain and inhibited his range of motion, but the workhorse running back is back to 100 percent form in time for a must-win game against a Bears defense that allowed an average of 4.84 yards per carry to opponents over the course of the regular season, the fourth-worst mark in the NFL.

Omarion Hampton RB | LAC
Chargers' Omarion Hampton: Not practicing Wednesday
Hampton (ankle) won't practice Wednesday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
This would seem to suggest that Hampton's ankle injury is a real concern, which wasn't clear last week when his absence coincided with the Chargers resting some healthy starters in a loss to Denver. Hampton handled 22 touches in a Week 17 loss to Houston, but he hasn't practiced since, leaving the Chargers with Kimani Vidal, Hassan Haskins and Jaret Patterson in the backfield as they kick off the week of practice ahead of Sunday's game at New England.

Jordan Poyer FS | BUF
Bills' Jordan Poyer: Feels ready to play
Poyer (hamstring) says that he feels ready to suit up for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Poyer was a limited participant in Wednesday's walkthrough, so his optimistic words seem to be reflected in his on-field performances. A reunion with Cole Bishop in the secondary would reignite a safety tandem that helped turn the Bills into one of the most dominant pass defenses in the latter half of the 2025 season.

Keion White DE | SF
49ers' Keion White: Not practicing Wednesday
White (hamstring) won't participate in practice Wednesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
White likely tweaked his hamstring in the 49ers' loss to the Seahawks in Week 18, though it's unclear when the injury would have occurred, as the 26-year-old maintained his usual snap share (39 on defense and five on special teams). The third-year pro will need to upgrade to limited or full participation in practice through the rest of the week to have a chance at playing in the wild-card matchup against the Eagles.
-
Joey Bosa DE | BUF
Bills' Joey Bosa: Full participant Wednesday
Bosa (hamstring) was listed as a full participant on Wednesday's walkthrough practice report.
Bosa sat out the Bills' Week 18 win over the Jets with most of the other defensive starters. The fully rested veteran defensive end should be set to suit up for Sunday's playoff game against the Jaguars, barring any setbacks. Bosa had five sacks and five forced fumbles over 15 games this year and will likely have a huge impact on the Bills' defense in an elimination game.
