  • Kyle Van Noy MLB | BAL

Ravens' Kyle Van Noy: Ready for Sunday

Van Noy (quadriceps) doesn't have an injury designation ahead of Sunday night's game against the Steelers.

Van Noy was able to upgrade to a full participant in Friday's practice after missing consecutive practices earlier in the week. The veteran linebacker's ability to suit up for Sunday night's contest means the Ravens will have him available as they attempt to take the AFC North title in the last game of the 2025 regular season. The 34-year-old will likely continue to share snaps at outside linebacker with rookie second-rounder Mike Green in Sunday's game.

  • Roquan Smith ILB | BAL

Ravens' Roquan Smith: Set for SNF

Smith (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation ahead of Sunday night's game against the Steelers.

Smith was able to upgrade to a full participant in Friday's practice after logging consecutive limited sessions earlier in the week. The avoidance of an injury designation ahead of Sunday night's game means Smith is set to suit up and lead the Ravens' defense in a winner-take-all contest for the AFC North title and No. 4 seed in the AFC.

  • Quentin Lake SAF | LAR

Rams' Quentin Lake: Won't play Week 18

Lake (elbow) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Lake was designated to return from injured reserve Thursday and ended Week 18 prep with back-to-back full practices, but he's not quite ready to return from a left elbow injury that has kept him sidelined since mid-November. Given his ability to log full practices, Lake stands a good chance to be activated from IR ahead of the wild-card round of the playoffs.

  • Omar Speights LB | LAR

Rams' Omar Speights: Questionable for Week 18

Speights (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Speights was limited in practice all week due to an ankle injury, and his status for Sunday's game may not be officially known until the Rams announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. If he's not cleared to play or operates on a snap count, then Troy Reeder and Shaun Dolac would be the top candidates to see more snaps at inside linebacker alongside Nate Landman.

  • Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Questionable with illness

Humphrey (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Humphrey was a new addition to Friday's injury report and was unable to practice due to an illness. The slot cornerback had a key interception in last Saturday's win over the Packers that kept the Ravens in playoff contention, and his absence for Sunday's AFC North title game would be a huge blow to the Ravens' defense. If the 29-year-old is unable to suit up for Sunday's game, another defensive back will have to take over as the starting slot cornerback. Keyon Martin is listed as the No. 2 on the depth chart, but T.J. Tampa, Malaki Starks and Ar'Darius Washington would all have a shot at filling the role for Sunday's elimination game.

  • Stefon Diggs WR | NE

Patriots' Stefon Diggs: Limited Friday, no Week 18 designation

Diggs (non injury-related/rest) was limited at practice Friday, but he doesn't carry a designation ahead of Sunday's regular-season finale against the Dolphins.

Per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, the league is reviewing an alleged Dec. 2 incident that led to Diggs facing a felony charge of strangulation and a misdemeanor charge of assault. According to Jeremy Bergman of NFL.com, while the matter is under review as a potential violation of the league's personal conduct policy, the wideout is eligible to play, though it's possible Diggs' status could change as the legal process unfolds. As Week 18 approaches, Diggs leads the Patriots with 82 catches (on 99 targets) for 970 yards and four TDs in 16 regular-season contests.

  • Braden Fiske DE | LAR

Rams' Braden Fiske: Good to go against Arizona

Fiske (ankle) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Fiske was able to shed an injury designation for Sunday's game after logging a full practice Friday. The second-year defensive lineman has been working through an ankle issue since mid-December, and while the Rams intend to play their starters in Week 18, Fiske could have his snap count limited to avoid injury aggravation. In that scenario, Tyler Davis and Larrell Murchison would be in line for more snaps on defense.

  • Eagles' Jaelan Phillips: Ruled out with ankle

Phillips (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Commanders.

Phillips was unable to practice all week due to an ankle injury he sustained in last Sunday's win over the Bills. Jihaad Campbell will likely start Sunday's divisional matchup at weakside linebacker in Phillips' absence. With inside linebacker Nakobe Dean (hamstring) also ruled out, the Eagles are set to give Jalyx Hunt, Joshua Uche and/or Brandon Graham more defensive snaps with the linebacker corps in Week 18.

  • Josh Sweat OLB | ARI

Cardinals' Josh Sweat: Questionable for Week 18

Sweat (ankle) is listed as questionable against the Rams on Sunday, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.

Sweat missed the first two practices of Week 18 prep due to ankle and knee injuries, but he earned the questionable tag for Sunday's regular-season finale after logging a limited practice Friday. He was able to play through the injuries against the Bengals in Week 17, though he was limited to just 24 defensive snaps. If Sweat doesn't play or operates under a snap count, then Dante Stills and Jordan Burch would be in line for more snaps on the Cardinals' defensive line.

  • Marcus Epps SAF | PHI

Eagles' Marcus Epps: Ruled out with concussion

Epps (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Commanders.

Epps was a new addition to Friday's injury report with a concussion he likely suffered in Thursday or Friday's practice session. Michael Carter or Sydney Brown will likely start at free safety in Epps' absence. With the starter's concussion occurring so late in the week, the 29-year-old is in danger of missing the Eagles' first playoff game as well, so defensive coordinator Vic Fangio will likely be watching Carter and Brown's Sunday performances closely.
