Dallas released Bibeau on Sunday from his professional tryout agreement.
Bibeau posted a 20-13-0 record with a 2.60 GAA and a .905 save percentage across 35 regular-season appearances for KooKoo of Finland's Liiga in 2024-25. After being cut from Dallas' training camp, the 31-year-old netminder could be an option for AHL Texas, or he might return to Europe for the 2025-26 campaign.
