Raanta signed a one-year contract with Geneve-Servette HC of Switzerland's National League on Monday.
Despite being done playing in the NHL, Raanta will continue his career overseas. He posted a 12-7-2 record with a 2.99 GAA and an .872 save percentage in 24 regular-season outings with Carolina in 2023-24.
